Describe the life you want.
What you want, how your days look, and where you get stuck, plus photos or a Pinterest link if you have them.
Genug turns your vision board into a day in that life, written with your details and read to you by a calm voice.
We are opening Genug a few people at a time. Join and we will email you when your spot is ready.
This is an example. Yours uses your name, your places, your people and your own board.
The life you want, somewhere you can see it and hear it.

What you want, how your days look, and where you get stuck, plus photos or a Pinterest link if you have them.
Genug writes a scene with your details in it, and a calm voice reads it to you. Your first one is on us.
Pick one small thing from that day you can already have now, like the morning walk.
Paste a Pinterest link or your photos, and your scenes take place in them.

Genug writes a scene using the goals, journal entries, and vision board content you choose to share. AI generates the script and a voice reads it aloud. Sessions are about 3 minutes, made to fit before your day starts.
Photos you add are stored privately with your account. Genug accesses a Pinterest link only when you choose to add it. Your content is used to make your sessions, not to train Genug models. You can delete your account and its private files in Settings. See our Privacy page for details about service providers and retention.
Audio sessions are currently in English. You can choose between two voices, Noah and Mara.
You don't need a perfect movie in your head. Just listen: the words carry you, the way a good story does.
Yes, everything is private by default. You decide what Genug gets access to.
Not as magic: listening to a scene doesn't make it happen on its own. A 2023 study by Dijkstra and Fleming in Nature Communications found that imagined and perceived signals can blend, and the strength of that combined signal affects whether people judge an experience as real. Genug uses imagined scenes as a way to reflect and rehearse. What happens next still depends on what you do today.
No. Genug is a visualization and journaling tool, not a substitute for therapy.
